Sponsor, Exhibitor, & Book Fair General Policies
- Premium Exhibitor tables must be staffed at all times.
- Sponsor tables are encouraged to be staffed during peak times.
- Unstaffed or empty Exhibitor tables may be reassigned or removed.
- MMHC does not provide table coverage or volunteers.
- Tables may not be combined or expanded beyond the assigned space.
- Each 4-foot table includes a minimum of one (1) foot of clearance on both sides for safety and traffic flow.
- One table per organization unless Visionary.
- Unused tables are non-refundable.
- Food and beverage sales are prohibited by venue policy.
- Lobby A sales are permitted for Leader and Visionary sponsors only.
- Champion sales: Must purchase Premium Exhibitor Package B. You will retain Champion benefits, but may place a table in Lobby B only.
- All Premium Exhibitor sales must take place in Lobby B.
- Community (Equity) Exhibitor sales must take place during designated hours and in Grand Ballrooms.
- Full payment is due within 14 days of registration to secure placement.
Bookfair Author Responsibility
- MMHC will not monitor displays, distribute books, manage sales, track authors on-site, or store inventory.
- Authors are fully responsible for sale fulfillment. One small box may be placed in the public coat room at the author's own risk.
