Presenter Requirements

PLEASE NOTE: General Requirements apply to all accepted presenters so please be sure to read everything carefully.

Feel free to use the checklist below to help you stay organized and verify you have completed all required steps before the conference:

Presenter Requirements Checklist
 Acceptance Confirmation Form completed and returned to rhodabe2@msu.edu 
 MSU Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure Complete (Due March 3rd 2026)
*You can check your COI Status Here if unsure
**COIs MUST be completed every year, even if you completed it last year
 Conference Registration fee paid (Due March 3rd 2026)
 Presentation Slides and Materials submitted (Due April 1st 2026)
 Presentation contains no industry logos
 Presentation/Poster materials do not include protected health information (PHI) or patient identifiers (HIPAA)
 Sources indicated on slides or posters for all 3rd party images, photos, charts, etc.
 Generic names are used for products unless brand names are required for the education purpose, in which case use both the generic and the brand name
For Poster Presentations (In addition to above requirements)
 Poster is printed no larger than 2’ x 4’ and ready to bring with you to the conference
 Online poster presentations – a digital copy of your poster has been uploaded (Due April 3rd 2026)
