Theme: Honoring Legacies, Reflecting on Progress, and Envisioning New Horizons

The history of Muslims addressing mental health extends back to Prophetic times, and to inform our current practice and future we must acknowledge the lessons of the past and as we look towards the future. This year’s conference aims to acknowledge and celebrate our history in the field of Muslim mental health, highlight and share our current insights and wisdom, and set our sights on the future of the field of Muslim Mental Health.

Hybrid event - in person at Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, USA and online via Zoom

PLEASE NOTE: All in-person attendees must follow MSU’s COVID specifications.

The closest airport is Capital Region International Airport in Lansing, Michigan (LAN). If you have difficulty getting flights here, you can travel to Detroit Metro (DTW) and take the Michigan Flyer bus service to East Lansing.

CONFERENCE IS SOLD OUT!

A GALA dinner will be part of the conference on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 6:30pm at Marriott East Lansing Hotel, 300 M. A. C. Ave, East Lansing, MI 48823. Individual tickets are available for $75 or groups of 10 can purchase the whole table for $700. The keynote speaker at the conference will be Rev. Dr. Que English, Director of Health & Human Services Faith-Based Partnerships.
GALA IS SOLD OUT! 

A special Mental Health Training for Imams and other Faith Leaders will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023, from 9am-5pm, including continental breakfast and lunch for a $50 fee.
This will be an in-person meeting only

Refund Policy: $10.00 will be retained as processing fee for all refunds.
